Terms

The ground rules

Last updated September 2026

By using Curio you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

Curio is a tutor, not an oracle

Curio is an AI tutor. It checks its own work and asks you to check yours, but it can still be wrong. Double-check anything important, especially for exams, health, money or law.

Use it kindly

  • Don't use Curio to harm others, cheat on assessments you've promised to do alone, or break the law.
  • Don't try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
  • Curio may decline topics it isn't able to teach safely.

Your account

One account per mobile number. Keep your phone safe, since the codes we send it are the key to your account. There are daily limits on how much tutoring each account can use.

Changes

Curio is in early access and these terms may change. We'll tell you in the app before anything important does.
